Access and Usage: Upon purchase, Five To Nine Creative grants you access to the training program content for your personal or business use only. This access is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the training program content or any part thereof in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of Five To Nine Creative. Furthermore, you may not use the content in a manner that competes with the business of Five To Nine Creative, including, but not limited to, offering any training-based programs or services that directly replicate or utilise the material covered in this training program to third parties, or plagiarising, copying, or distributing the content as your own. Any such unauthorised use or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Five To Nine Creative.

Modification: You are permitted to utilise and modify the training program content to fit your personal or business needs. However, any modified content remains subject to the terms of this agreement.

Ownership and Copyright: The original and any modified versions of the training program, whether in part or whole, are the property of Five To Nine Creative. The program is protected by copyright and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

No Warranty: The training program is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Five To Nine Creative does not warrant that the program will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases of our training programs. All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the program upon purchase. By purchasing and using our training program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Five To Nine Creative be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the training program, even if Five To Nine Creative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Five To Nine Creative and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the training program or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated. Five To Nine Creative reserves the right to terminate access to the training program at its discretion if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the program and destroy any copies thereof.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Five To Nine Creative.

By using this training program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Five To Nine Creative, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Five To Nine Creative relating to the subject of this agreement.
