Sweaty Betty

Sweaty Betty is a British retailer specialising in women's activewear. They have over 50 boutiques in the UK and six boutiques in the USA, in addition to concessions in department stores Harrods and Bloomingdale's.

Beyond their existing social media presence, Sweaty Betty sought to build the strength of their community and create more spaces for people to connect with the brand (and one another).

Developing a strategy that put the community first, while also spotlighting Sweaty Betty’s empowering values, helped build engagement and translated an online following into an engaged in-person community.
